Over the last year, we have been blessed with the opportunities to accumulate a nice level of talent at our company. This talent is not just good at doing the work and making our clients successful. They’re great at communicating our strategies and helping dealers to make incredible marketing decisions on their own.
It has become a part of our company DNA to be educational first and to sell later when necessary and appropriate. That’s why we are very excited about any opportunities we get to speak in front of dealer 20 group meetings. We know that dealers are craving the information that we have on search, social, websites, and digital marketing in general and we also know that the information we bring to the table can be actionable immediately when the dealers return to their stores. We know this because we’ve seen it happen time and time again.
If you are going to your 20 group meeting any time in the future and you want to bring a company that will show you and your peers the latest and greatest strategies that can move the needle, we’d love to be considered. We won’t pitch. We won’t offer crazy advice that strangely requires dealers to use our services if they want to achieve success. We’ll bring knowledge to the table that can be used immediately at the dealership to make a true impact.
Now, back to our “EAR” approach. Everything that we show dealers is accessible and achievable. We know that in any situation, some dealers will hear what we say and apply it themselves. Some will not apply what we tell them. Some will want to talk to us about helping them. This is the goal. We don’t want everyone to buy our products or services, but we know that the strategies we offer are powerful and we can help those who want the help. That’s why we don’t pitch at these meetings. The strategies work and some dealers will approach us privately and ask for help. We’re always happy to oblige.
It’s all about the education and the strategy. Oh, and the croissants are nice as well.
